Mountain Lions By Work

So this sign is posted on a trail system just outside the building where I work. My favorite line is the one towards the bottom, "If you are attacked by a lion, don't run-fight back! Don't quit!"
Yeah, I'll be sure to use some of my ninja moves on them.
On the brighter side, the plains by my office do seem to be somewhat of a wildlife sanctuary. I've yet to see a mountain lion, but I have seen a couple foxes and a weird looking coyote. It's kind of like an interactive zoo. Go out for a stroll at your lunch hour; wrestle with a mountain lion. Who wouldn't be into that?

Hello?
Geez...I can't even deliver on a holiday that is very dear to me and my faith. How the heck am I going to continue to write about the mindless stuff I do?
My time has not been my own as of late. Or, the time that I can claim for myself I have not wanted to get on the site and babble. So here is yet another apology post on not being around for weeks on end.
I do have a plug though. Since there isn't much reading here I wanted to mention Ian Wood's site, Astonished Head. He is riding a tricked out trike across America and logging his findings and thoughts. It's very interesting schtick...
I don't really know Ian. He is more of an online acquintance through my good friend TF6S, but his site has been a pretty addictive read for me lately; I just wanted the 3 people that may come here to know that. Go check it out.
@Ian: I don't know if your route is going to take you through the great state of Colorado. If so, let me know. Maybe I could hand off a shot of whiskey to you on the road.
